Inclusively is partnering with a multinational financial services company to hire a Compliance Consultant (HYBRID).

The Expertise and Skills You Have

  • College degree in math, finance, accounting or another related field
  • Experience working with Defined Contribution plans.
  • Experience working with NDT and Form 5500, exposure to employer calculations is a plus.
  • Experience with client relationship management and/or sales
  • Professional designation preferred (CEBS, ASPPA, etc.); otherwise, attainment of designation required within 24 months of hire.
  • Excellent client interpersonal skills

  • Engage and collaborate with clients around NDT, 5500 and ECATs, including the data submission process (if required, results delivery, conversion reconciliations, and client education, etc.) and/or rework process
  • Handle intensified client issues resulting from services provided by TRS
  • Provide Testing & Reporting support to sales prospects and to new clients adding services
  • Handle intensified issues that fall outside of established guidelines
  • Assess monetary and non-monetary risks related to Testing & Reporting services
  • Interpretation of legal and regulatory issues
  • Guide and influence clients to preferred data submission and service delivery methodology and timing.
  • Assist with and participate in the determination and implementation of operational/process improvements.

The Team

The Compliance Consultant maintains the overall client relationship within Testing & Reporting Services (TRS) related to the annual compliance activities for plans record-kept at the Company. This person will serve as the main point of contact for sophisticated discussions about Nondiscrimination testing (NDT), Form 5500 related services and will be involved in client engagement, interaction and/or consultation for NDT, Form 5500, Plan Year End Summary (PYES) and other Employer Calculations and Additional Testing services (ECATs).

This role has daily interactions with External Daily Contacts, Key Decision Makers, Third Party Consultants and Advisors, Internal Business Partners, Department Peers, Associates and Management.
